The PilotErsatz Technologies Privacy Policy is the governing company-wide policy. This page provides additional product-specific details for PE Advanced Broadcast Control. If a product-specific detail conflicts with a general statement, this notice controls for this product.
1. Information PE Advanced Broadcast Control collects
PE Advanced Broadcast Control is designed to provide user-directed control functionality without requiring PilotErsatz to maintain a personal account for the user. PilotErsatz does not intentionally collect personal information through the product for advertising, profiling, or sale.
The product may process technical information necessary for the features the user requests, including locally configured connection information, application settings, connection state, and other operational values required to communicate with a compatible user-configured environment. Such information is used to provide the requested functionality and is not intended to be collected by PilotErsatz as a personal-data cloud service.
2. Operational information
When the product communicates with another application, device, service, or user-configured system, it may exchange operational commands, status information, configuration values, or other data necessary to perform the requested control functions. This operational information is processed for the product's functionality and is not used by PilotErsatz to create advertising profiles.
3. Local storage
PE Advanced Broadcast Control may store preferences, configuration values, or other settings locally on the user's device. Local data remains on the device unless the product's functionality explicitly requires communication with another system or service.
Users can generally remove locally stored application data through the platform's available reset, application-data, or uninstall functions, subject to the platform's normal behavior.
4. Accounts, advertising, and tracking
PE Advanced Broadcast Control does not require a PilotErsatz account as part of its core operation. It is not designed to sell personal information, serve targeted advertising, or build advertising profiles from user activity.
If a future version introduces analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, account functionality, or another data-processing feature that materially changes these practices, this notice will be updated to describe that processing as applicable.
5. Third-party platforms and services
The product may interoperate with third-party platforms, operating systems, companion software, marketplaces, or other services. Those providers may independently collect information under their own privacy policies. This notice applies to PilotErsatz's handling of information associated with PE Advanced Broadcast Control and does not replace a third party's privacy policy.
6. Security
PilotErsatz uses reasonable measures intended to minimize unnecessary collection and protect information handled in connection with its products. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own devices and networks, particularly when the product communicates with other systems over a local or private network.
7. Retention and deletion
PilotErsatz does not maintain a server-side personal account for PE Advanced Broadcast Control users. Locally stored settings can generally be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.
If a user separately contacts PilotErsatz Support, information supplied in that communication may be retained as described in the general Privacy Policy.
