PE Radio Deck is designed as a local companion tool. PilotErsatz Technologies does not collect, sell, or share personal information through the app. The app does not require a PilotErsatz account. Control data used to operate the simulator is exchanged with the user's configured PE Radio Bridge / simulator environment rather than being sent to PilotErsatz.

2. Information PE Radio Deck collects
PE Radio Deck does not intentionally collect personal information from users. The app does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or payment information.
The app is not designed to collect precise or approximate device location, browsing history, installed-app inventories, health information, or other personal or sensitive information for PilotErsatz.
3. Information used to operate the app
PE Radio Deck may use technical connection information needed to communicate with the user's configured companion software and simulator environment. Depending on the configuration, this can include a user-provided host or network address, port, connection state, and application settings. These settings are used only to establish the connection requested by the user and are not collected by PilotErsatz as a cloud service.
When the app is being used to control the simulator, it can transmit simulator-control values such as radio frequencies, communication-radio settings, and transponder settings to the configured PE Radio Bridge / Microsoft Flight Simulator environment. These values are operational control data, not information that PilotErsatz collects for profiling or advertising.
4. Local storage
Connection settings and preferences may be stored locally on the user's device when the app provides a save or persistence function. Local app data remains under the user's control and is not uploaded to PilotErsatz servers by PE Radio Deck.
Uninstalling PE Radio Deck or clearing its Android app data removes locally stored app data according to normal Android behavior.
5. Sharing and third parties
PilotErsatz Technologies does not sell personal information and does not share personal information collected through PE Radio Deck with advertisers or data brokers.
PE Radio Deck is designed to interoperate with the user's own simulator and the PilotErsatz companion software used for the radio-control workflow. Microsoft Flight Simulator, Android, Google Play, and any other platform or service provider have their own terms and privacy practices; this policy does not replace those providers' policies.
6. Advertising and tracking
PE Radio Deck is not designed to use personal information for advertising or behavioral tracking. PilotErsatz does not use the app to build advertising profiles of users.
7. Security
PilotErsatz takes reasonable measures to avoid unnecessary collection of information. PE Radio Deck is designed around user-directed communication with the user's configured simulator/companion environment rather than a PilotErsatz cloud account or personal-data backend.
Because communication with the companion software can depend on the user's own network and computer configuration, users should operate the app and companion software on networks they trust and keep their Android device, simulator, and companion software reasonably secured.
8. Data retention and deletion
PilotErsatz does not maintain a server-side personal-data account for PE Radio Deck users. Because the app does not require an account, there is no PilotErsatz account to delete.
Any settings retained locally by the app can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. If you voluntarily contact PilotErsatz support, information you provide in that separate support interaction may be retained as necessary to respond to your request; support communications are not collected automatically by PE Radio Deck.
9. Children's privacy
PE Radio Deck is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for users of flight-simulation and enthusiast software. PilotErsatz does not knowingly collect personal information from children through PE Radio Deck.
10. Changes to this policy
PilotErsatz may update this privacy policy when the app's data practices, features, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at https://pilotersatz.com/privacy. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
