PE Radio Stack

1. Information PE Radio Stack collects

PE Radio Stack is designed to operate without requiring a PilotErsatz account. PilotErsatz does not intentionally collect personal information through the product for advertising or profiling.

The product may use technical information necessary to establish and maintain the connection requested by the user, such as a user-configured host or network address, connection settings, port information, and connection state. This information is used to operate the requested connection and is not intended to be collected by PilotErsatz as a personal-data cloud service.

2. Operational data

When used with a compatible user-configured environment, PE Radio Stack may exchange operational control information needed to provide its radio, transponder, or related control functions. This information is used to perform the function requested by the user and is not collected by PilotErsatz for advertising or behavioral profiling.

3. Local settings

PE Radio Stack may store preferences and connection configuration locally on the user's device. Local data remains on the device unless the product's functionality explicitly requires communication with another user-configured system or service.

Users can generally remove local application data through the platform's application settings or by uninstalling the application, subject to the platform's normal behavior.

4. Accounts, advertising, and tracking

PE Radio Stack does not require a PilotErsatz account. The product is not designed to sell personal information, serve targeted advertising, or build advertising profiles from user activity.

Any analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or other third-party services that may be introduced in a future version will be disclosed here or in an updated product notice as applicable.

5. Third-party platforms and services

PE Radio Stack may interoperate with third-party platforms, operating systems, companion software, marketplaces, or other services. Those providers may independently collect information under their own privacy policies. This notice applies to PilotErsatz's handling of information associated with PE Radio Stack and does not replace a third party's privacy policy.

6. Security

PilotErsatz uses reasonable measures intended to minimize unnecessary collection and protect information handled in connection with its products. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own devices and networks, particularly when a product communicates with other systems over a local or private network.

7. Retention and deletion

PilotErsatz does not maintain a server-side personal account for PE Radio Stack users. Locally stored settings can generally be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.

If a user separately contacts PilotErsatz Support, information supplied in that communication may be retained as described in the general Privacy Policy.
